Shipping Schedule
Orders
placed by 1pm PST (4pm EST) Monday-Friday, will ship the same day
unless you choose a later ship date. Orders placed after 1pm PST,
Monday-Friday, weekends or holidays, will ship the following business
day. Givens and Company does not ship on major holidays or weekends.

Shipping Methods
We
ship via Federal Express Ground, 2 Day, Standard or Priority Overnight.
We will work with you to ensure your shipping methods
and rates are properly set up in your Inertia ReThink Engine. We charge
you a flat fee for each basket no matter the final destination. You
can find specific shipping costs under each product close-up page.
Holiday
Shipping Schedule
Christmas schedule is as follows:
Monday, December 17th-Last day to order by Fed Ex Ground for pre-Christmas
delivery.
Wednesday, December 19th-Last Day to order by Fed Ex 3 Day Express
for pre-Christmas delivery.
Thursday, December 20th-Last Day to order by Fed Ex 2 Day for pre-Christmas
delivery.
Friday, December 21st-Last Day to order by Fed Ex Overnight for pre-Christmas
delivery.
Please note that Fed Ex will be delivering on Monday, December 24th,
but many businesses will be closed, so gifts may not arrive until
after Christmas if shipped to arrive on this day.
International
Shipping
Currently,
we ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii only.
Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands are considered international
shipments and cannot be accommodated at this time.
State
Information
We
can only ship to states that you are currently allowed to ship to
based on your States settings in the Inertia ReThink Engine. We will
ship all boxes with required labels requesting an adult signature
upon delivery.
P.O.
Box and APO/FPO Shipping
Because we only ship FedEx we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO
and FPO.
Shipping
Confirmations/Tracking Numbers
Each night we will transmit your daily Fed Ex tracking numbers for
import into the Inertia ReThink Engine. Patty Altaffer will work with
you to ensure these tracking numbers are correctly input into your
Engine each day.
Delayed
or Poor Quality Shipments
We can replace or refund any orders that are delayed or diminished
in quality due to: miss-sorts, mechanical delays, delivered by the
courier to an address other than what was on the shipping label, etc.
We are NOT held liable for: incorrectly submitted delivery information
(by sender), delayed delivery due to recipient unavailable to sign
for the package when a signature is requested by the sender, diminished
product quality due to recipient not available at time of delivery
(e.g. package was left on porch all day), delivery to a hospital,
company, etc., where the package was delivered to the facility on
the scheduled date but the company's internal delivery service failed,
recipient moved, etc.
An incorrectly submitted delivery address voids any and all guarantees
on delivery, service, and product quality. Replacement orders at no
charge, or refunds, are not an option under these circumstances. Additional
shipping charges may be applied.
If it is determined that compensation is due, we can replace the
product or refund the order. Please notify us as to the replacement
delivery date, and any changes to the card message or delivery address.
